This Privacy Policy explains how personal data is collected and used when you visit the Bressan website, contact us or submit a property enquiry. Bressan is a brand name and is not presented as an incorporated company.

2. Personal data we collect

We may collect personal data that you provide directly, including:

• your name;
• email address;
• phone number;
• country, city or region of interest;
• property preferences, budget, size, timing and related requirements;
• any other information you voluntarily include in your message or subsequent communications.

When you access the website, hosting and security providers may also process limited technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, request timestamps and security logs where necessary to deliver and protect the website.

3. Why we process your data

We process personal data to receive, review and respond to property enquiries; communicate with prospective clients; understand requested property criteria; take steps requested before a possible client relationship; maintain the security and operation of the website; and comply with applicable legal obligations or establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

4. Legal bases under the GDPR

• Steps prior to a contract or performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), when you ask us to respond to an enquiry or provide property-related services.
• Legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), including managing enquiries, keeping appropriate business records, preventing misuse and protecting the website and communications. We consider your interests and rights before relying on this basis.
• Legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR), where retention or disclosure is required by law.
• Consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), only where we specifically request it. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.

We do not use enquiry information for unrelated marketing communications unless a separate lawful basis and any required consent are in place.

5. How long we retain data

Enquiry and correspondence data is normally retained for up to 24 months after our last substantive contact, so we can manage follow-up questions and maintain appropriate records. Data may be kept for a longer period where necessary to comply with law, resolve disputes or establish, exercise or defend legal claims. When data is no longer required, it is deleted or anonymised.

6. Service providers and recipients

Trusted service providers may process personal data on our behalf only as needed to provide their services and subject to appropriate contractual and confidentiality obligations. These may include website hosting and security providers, contact-form delivery services, email providers and technical support providers. Data may also be disclosed where required by law, to protect legal rights, or to professional advisers where necessary.

The enquiry form currently uses FormSubmit to transmit submitted information to our email inbox. The website is hosted through OpenAI Sites infrastructure and underlying hosting providers. Web fonts are requested from Google Fonts when the page loads; the relevant provider may receive technical connection information such as an IP address.

7. No sale of personal data

We do not sell your personal data.

8. International transfers

Some service providers may process data outside Poland or the European Economic Area. Where GDPR transfer restrictions apply, we seek to rely on an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, together with supplementary measures where appropriate. You may contact us for information about the safeguards relevant to your data.

9. Your GDPR rights

Subject to the conditions and exceptions in applicable law, you may request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, restriction of processing, and portability of data where applicable. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. You also have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing that produces legal or similarly significant effects. We do not currently make such decisions through this website.

10. Complaints

You may lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority, in particular in the EU Member State of your habitual residence, place of work or the alleged infringement. 11. Security and changes

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data. No internet transmission or storage method is completely secure. We may update this Policy when our services, providers or legal obligations change; the current version and update date will remain available on this page.
